The Company

Argentine Company, located in the Andean province of Mendoza, that specializes in development and production of Spirits such as high quality Fruit Brandies and distillates in general including Grappa, and a superb, five times distillated, luxury fruit origin Vodka.

This company is in trend with the Argentine Wine Industry which has had a great progress during the last decades due to the excellent fruits available, the careful production control and a devoted management. Modern distillation equipment including different kinds of distillatory towers that allow them to combine processes so as to create products to comply with the highly demanding market.

The region

At the Andes foot, between 1000 and 1200 meters above sea level, with an average precipitations of around 300mm and a continental arid climate, the region presents an ideal rich and loose soil and environment to yield high quality fruits due to the large thermal variation during the day (between 8ºC and 35ºC), with warm/hot afternoons and cool/cold nights.

The Fruits, the very begining

“Full soul” Spirits begin long before the process at our premises, they start at the fruit. The success of obtaining healthy and strong fruits depend mostly on factors as the climate, the soil and slopes which in this region are irrigated by the melting snow and ice caps of the Andes peaks. All these add up to get a proper development of sugar and intense scents in fruits creating the soul (the taste and smell) of the distillate. By the full “mouth and nose” of the final product one reckons the noble origin of the fruits.

The water

The Spirits´ “soul” comes from the fruit, and its “body”comes from the quality of the water used to blend it reaching a perfect equilibrium of a 40% alcohol content. The water used with low Na content and tiny mineral composition comes from an artesian well more than 400 mts deep bringing in a radiant aura of energy from deep in the earth’s core. This completes the character and purity so much appreciated in our distillated products.

Strict process control with creativity and innovation

One of their secrets is to combine old handicraft practices dating from alchemists times with edge technology, defining quality control steps during the fermentation and distillation processes which are systematically controlled by their Master Distillers to get the inner "spirit" and capture it in their products and lend consistency of quality and taste to every bottle.
